TERMS & CONDITIONS Blisspoint Retreat — Six Senses Kaplankaya, Turkey · October 14–18, 2026

Blisspoint Retreat is an intimate, immersive wellbeing experience led by Lisa de Narvaez, combining breathwork, coaching, and somatic movement at Six Senses Kaplankaya. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your booking.

1. BOOKING & ACCEPTANCE

Places are limited and offered on an invite-only basis. A booking is confirmed only once Blisspoint has accepted your application in writing and payment has been received. Blisspoint reserves the right to cancel any booking made without prior written acceptance. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded minus non-recoverable payment processing fees.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings are subject to the following cancellation schedule. Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of your total booking value, plus any applicable taxes.

After booking is confirmed — 20% of total booking value is non-refundable Between 120 and 60 days prior to arrival — 70% of total booking value is non-refundable Between 60 days and 1 day prior to arrival — 100% of total booking value is non-refundable

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The date of receipt of written notice determines which tier applies.

3. TICKET TRANSFERS

Your place may be transferred to another person up to 14 days prior to the retreat start date, subject to written approval from Blisspoint and completion of any required administrative steps. Transfers requested after this date may not be permitted. Blisspoint reserves the right to decline any transfer request at its sole discretion.

4. PROGRAMME CHANGES

The retreat programme, schedule, sessions, and facilitators are subject to change at any time. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, or compensation.

5. PAYMENT PLANS

Where a payment plan is available, the first instalment is charged immediately upon booking. Subsequent instalments are charged automatically on the due dates confirmed at checkout. If a payment is declined, you will be contacted to provide an alternative card in the same purchaser's name. If no alternative is received within 5 days of the due date, your booking will be voided and instalments already paid will be forfeited in accordance with the cancellation schedule above. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on each due date and that your card remains valid through to the final payment.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Blisspoint shall not be liable for any modification, postponement, or cancellation of the retreat resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, public health emergencies, or acts of terrorism. The cancellation policy above applies in all such cases.

7. TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel, medical, and trip cancellation insurance before the retreat. Your credit card provider or employer may also offer relevant coverage. Blisspoint does not accept liability for any costs arising from travel disruption, illness, visa issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Participants are responsible for ensuring their travel documents, visas, and any health-related requirements are valid and in order for travel to Turkey. Travel regulations are subject to change; please check the latest entry requirements for your nationality ahead of departure. Blisspoint accepts no liability for inability to travel due to documentation or entry issues.

9. HEALTH & EMERGENCY

Six Senses Kaplankaya has an in-house nurse on site. In the event of a medical emergency, regional hospitals are approximately 40 minutes away by road, or 10 minutes by helicopter. By booking, you confirm that you are in a suitable state of physical and mental health to participate in breathwork, somatic movement, and coaching sessions. If you have any health concerns, please contact us before booking.

10. PHOTOS & VIDEO

By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed during the retreat for use in Blisspoint marketing and communications. All content will be handled with care and respect for participant privacy. Nothing will be shared that could compromise the wellbeing or dignity of any participant.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Blisspoint reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication. Continued participation in the booking process constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
